Senior Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of complex technological solutions across the organization.

This role requires a strong combination of hands-on technical expertise, architectural vision, and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• At least 5 years of experience working with technology infrastructures
• At least 4 years of experience leading technological processes within an organization
• At least 10 years of experience designing and implementing complex integrations between systems
• At least 10 years of experience in technological management of development teams and vendors
• At least 10 years of experience designing architecture for software solutions that include applications and multiple data sources
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) / Microservices and API Gateway technologies
• Proven ability to design and lead complex system architectures
• Hands-on experience with modern development technologies and cloud platforms Google Cloud
• Understanding of DevOps and MLOps processes
• Experience leading AI projects, including system design and architecture
• Understanding of cloud-based AI services
• Experience working with cloud solutions and scalable infrastructures
• Strong system thinking and long-term technological planning capabilities
• Ability to work in multi-team and multi-vendor environments
