The Tel Aviv Sexual Assault Crisis Center (TASACC) is seeking a Resource Development Coordinator to play a central role in strengthening our impact and advancing meaningful social change. This is a core role in a mission-driven organization, with direct influence on the Center’s ability to deliver life-saving services, expand programs, and shape public systems.   

What You’ll Do

As Resource Development Coordinator, you will be at the heart of sustaining and growing TASACC’s work:

• Write compelling grant proposals, reports, and donor updates in English and Hebrew for foundations, government ministries, and municipalities in Israel and abroad
• Identify, research, and pursue new funding opportunities
• Create clear and accurate project budgets to support proposals and funding requests
• Track proposal and reporting timelines, ensuring full compliance with funder requirements
• Maintain detailed donor and grant records in the organization’s CRM system
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with public-sector agencies, foundations, and philanthropic stakeholders
• Translate program impact into persuasive storytelling, working closely with senior management and program teams to showcase meaningful results

Who You Are

• Advantage: demonstrated experience in resource development, including grant writing, budget preparation, and reporting
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Native-level English (written and spoken) with excellent Hebrew
• Storyteller – able to convey impact in a clear, compelling way
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and create program budgets
• Experienced with CRM systems
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a dynamic nonprofit environment  
• Deeply committed to social change and survivor-centered work

Position Details

·       Scope: Full-time (100%)

·       Salary: 11,000–16,000 NIS, flexible based on experience

·       Location: Tel Aviv
