A leading nonprofit organization is seeking a highly motivated, proactive and resourceful Resource Development Coordinator with excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, leadership, a strong sense of ownership (big picture mindset), and a high level of technological proficiency to join its Resource Development team.
Working directly with the VP of Resource Development, the Coordinator will support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, prospect research, communications and development operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective individual donors, foundations and philanthropic partners.
- Maintain ongoing communication with current and prospective donors and ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up.
- Prepare professional grant proposals, reports, donor updates and other fundraising materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor and prospect information in the CRM.
- Assist with donor meetings, visits, missions and fundraising events.
- Work with internal teams to gather information, stories and data for fundraising purposes.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and help move fundraising initiatives forward.

- Excellent written and spoken English; high-level Hebrew.
- Excellent technological skills and strong proficiency with digital tools, Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong writing, research and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative, leadership, a proactive approach and the ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in philanthropy and social impact.
- High attention to detail, discretion and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in fundraising, grant writing, foundation research or donor relations - preferred.
