What’s the Job?
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Docomotion product (an advanced document generation application acquired by Novidea), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
- Develop outreach strategies to engage with target prospects.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and customer information.
- Utilize LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and Docomotion’s product offerings.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role - Must
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) - Must
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting and networking - Must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - Advantage
