Learning Developer (Temporary Position 6-12 months)

Job description

Benatav, a leading manufacturer of miniature components for the medical device industry, is looking for a talented and driven Instructional Designer to join our team for a temporary position (6–9 months, with an option to extend).

In this role, you will lead the development of training programs across the organization, supporting operational excellence through effective learning solutions. You will work closely with subject matter experts to capture, structure, and deliver knowledge in a clear and engaging way.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position combining instructional design expertise with a strong understanding of technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials for operational processes

• Write clear work instructions and learning guides

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to document and structure professional knowledge

• Create engaging digital learning content - presentations, e-learning modules, and training videos

• Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) for employee training and certification

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design / organizational learning

• Experience developing digital learning materials (e-learning, presentations, etc.)

• Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical knowledge

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment - an advantage

• Experience working with LMS platforms - an advantage
