Full Stack Team Lead

Location: Tel Aviv - Hybrid

Snappy is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Team Lead to drive the engineering behind our Swag and Store products - high-scale, ux driven and core offerings at the heart of our platform and business. You’ll lead a talented team of 2-3 full-stack developers while actively contributing code, shaping architecture, and setting the technical and cultural tone for the team.

• Lead and mentor two-three full stack engineers, setting the technical direction and helping them grow through a mix of guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay hands-on: write code, design features, review PRs, and get into the details when it counts.
• Collaborate closely with Product to define priorities, plan features and deliver meaningful improvements with tight feedback loops.
• Continuously refine how the team works, removing friction, improving processes, and creating a modern, effective engineering environment.

• Over 7 years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years with Node.js and modern frameworks.
• 3+ years with React or related frameworks.
• 2+ years managing an engineering team.
• Product-oriented and skilled in working closely with business, product, and customer-facing teams.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong technical, interpersonal, and leadership qualities.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-motivated, structured, and team-oriented.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
