Community Manager (UK) – Culture, Conversation & Ideas

Imprint is looking for sharp, idea-led Community Managers  who live online, think critically and stay plugged into the current online conversations and discourse.

We help organisations identify and engage their audiences through authentic, organic social media engagement. Our work sits at the intersection of data, culture and creativity, turning insight into impact. We don’t chase trends blindly; we analyse them, question them and use them well.

If you’re tuned into the UK’s social, cultural, sporting and political landscape; from breaking news and social feeds to podcasts, columnists and commentators, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build, manage and grow social media communities through smart, organic engagement.

• Create punchy, idea-driven content tailored to different platforms and generations.

• Apply critical thinking to assess tone, context and risk before engaging.

• Track UK news, cultural moments and online discourse in real time.

• Stay plugged into relevant podcasts, journalists, commentators and opinion-formers.

• Spot emerging narratives early and know when (and when not) to join the conversation.

• Work closely with analysts and digital teams to turn insight into action.

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level English.

• Strong interest in UK current affairs, politics, culture, media and sport.

• Demonstrable critical thinking and sound editorial judgement

• Clear understanding of generational behaviour across social platforms.

• Experience creating and managing content for social media.

• Confident working independently and collaboratively.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Graphic design, video editing or multimedia content experience.

• Background or interest in marketing, research or digital strategy.
