Engineering Manager | Pharmaceutical Industry (GMP)

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead our engineering group, overseeing process systems, infrastructure, and critical production equipment while ensuring high availability and strict regulatory compliance.

Reports to Cheif Engineer & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of process engineers, fostering professional growth and excellence.
Operations: Provide comprehensive engineering support for production processes in a controlled GMP environment.
Biotech Systems: Oversee complex systems including Fermentation, Protein Purification, Formulation, and more.
Critical Utilities: Responsible for PW, WFI, industrial gases, CIP systems, and treated water.
CAPEX & Innovation: Lead significant CAPEX projects and drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional interfaces (Production, Quality, R&D, and Validation).

Requirements:

B.Sc. or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
10+ years of experience in the Pharma or Biotech industry (or controlled manufacturing environments).
Proven management experience leading engineering teams in a process plant.
Strong technical proficiency in PFDs, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (Speaking & Writing).
