The Position

As a data-driven professional focused on improving how a company interacts with its customers, your main objective is to boost customer experience, loyalty, and ultimately, business growth.

Your main accountabilities will be:

Partnering with business units to collect and analyse customer data, uncovering valuable insights into customer needs and preferences that leads to better performance.
Translate complex data sets into actionable insights, transforming raw information into clear and concise reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer engagement strategies that optimize resource allocation and enhance sales force effectiveness.
Monitor customer engagement trends and identify areas for improvement, recommending data-driven solutions that strengthen customer connections.
Foster open communication and collaboration across the organization, ensuring all teams leverage customer engagement insights for maximum impact.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the role, we request you to:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, industrial and management engineering, computer science, statistics or equivalent or a Master of Business Administration Degree.
You should also have at least 2 years of experience with a focus on Customer Engagement and Commercial Effectiveness.
Business and industry understanding and the ability to share your findings using impactful visualization, presentation and efficient communication.
Knowledge of design, characterize and implementation of new dashboards.
Good usage of Excel, Power BI.
Fluent English and Hebrew.

About the Department

The Customer Excellence department’s main objectives are to drive excellence and improve cross-functional collaboration, achieving superior customer engagement. The team includes Subject Matter Experts including a Multi-Channel Communication Manager, CRM Manager, Patient Support Programs Manager and Customer Engagement Analysts. We work closely together to achieve superior customer engagement.
