As we expand internationally, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Tel Aviv office and help drive strategic growth across global markets.
Role Overview
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnerships with fintech companies, payment platforms, crypto businesses, and global merchants.
This role requires someone who understands payments infrastructure, fintech partnerships, and international growth, and who can operate at both a strategic and commercial level.
You will work closely with leadership, product, compliance, and operations teams to bring new partners onto the PalWallet / PalPayments ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across fintech, payments, crypto, and digital commerce sectors.
• Build and manage relationships with strategic partners including fintech platforms, payment providers, exchanges, merchants, and technology companies.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal structuring with prospective partners.
• Drive revenue growth through partnerships, platform integrations, and infrastructure adoption.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to align partner requirements with platform capabilities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain strong pipeline management through CRM systems and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies and partner activation.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within fintech, payments, or financial services.
Strong understanding of one or more of the following sectors:
- Payments infrastructure
- Crypto / digital assets
- Card issuing and acquiring
- Embedded finance
- Banking as a Service (BaaS)
• Experience working with fintech APIs or financial infrastructure platforms.
• Existing network within fintech, payments, or crypto ecosystems.
• Experience selling complex financial technology solutions.
• Background working with startups or high-growth technology companies.
