Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controller within the Delivery team, located in One Tower, Ramat Gan, Israel. The Controller will ensure the accuracy of our external customers’ financials while overseeing a team of bookkeepers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the bookkeeping staff and the day-to-day financial operation while providing professional guidance and assistance
• Execute month-end close cycle and ensuring it is completed accurately and within the timetables, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, performing detailed account reconciliations, and ensuring proper accounting treatment and reporting
• Ongoing communication with our customers’ management concerning their financial performance and statements
• Support the consolidated closing process on the reporting periods
• Assist with the annual audit process with external auditors as well as IL and US tax reports
• Identify and implement process improvements and digitalization to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Ad-hoc analysis

Requirements:

• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 2+ years of experience as a controller or assistant controller within the SaaS industry and/or high-growth startup environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and/or IFRS. Exposure to multinational financial reporting is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-based financial platforms and ERP systems
• Ability to monitor financial data on your own.
• Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent English - verbal and writing.
• Hard worker and detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidence and demonstrate a high level of maturity.
