Controlling Specialist

Job Description

A global company in the Central Israel area is looking for a CPA for a diverse role combining financial accounting and controlling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing and reporting processes to management and HQ.
• Review and analyze financial statements, including P&L and balance sheets.
• Provide financial support to various departments and generate business insights.
• Work with internal and external audits while maintaining financial controls and procedures.
• Monitor inventory, working capital and cash flow.
• Conduct financial analyses and develop Business Cases to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Certified CPA – mandatory.
• Big 4 experience – mandatory.
• Up to 2 years of financial experience in an industrial/manufacturing company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SAP experience – a significant advantage.
• High-level Hebrew and English.
