Consist is hiring a Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team in Ashdod.

This role combines order management, procurement, and service agreements — along with day-to-day interaction with customers and vendors.

We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and service-oriented, who can support ongoing processes while also identifying opportunities to improve and grow customer activity.

What will you do?

• Manage ongoing relationships with existing customers

• Support customer activity and identify growth opportunities

• Manage and renew customer licenses (cloud, cybersecurity, and technology solutions)

• Work with vendors – receive quotes and support negotiation processes

• Manage service agreements with customers and suppliers

• Maintain accurate documentation and organized processes

• Experience working with customers – required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Service-oriented with a proactive approach

• Experience working with CRM systems

• Good Office skills (especially Excel)

• Ability to learn new tools and technology concepts quickly
