Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

WediggIT is looking for a junior-level IT Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role in Herzliya.

This role is a good fit for someone with early IT support experience who wants to strengthen their technical skills in a professional, hands-on environment. In this role, you will support real customer environments, troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues, and work with Apple devices and related IT solutions.

We are looking for someone curious, responsible, service-oriented, and motivated to keep learning - including researching, exploring, and solving technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for client IT environments, with a strong focus on Apple ecosystems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, user, and device-related issues
• Support day-to-day desktop administration and IT operations
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain high service quality and client satisfaction
• Assist with the implementation and delivery of IT solutions and technical projects
• Document work clearly and communicate effectively with both clients and team members

Requirements

• Around 1 year of experience in Help Desk or IT support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, with a self-driven approach to researching and solving technical issues
• Genuine interest in IT support, Apple environments, and modern workplace technologies

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Apple devices and macOS
• Exposure to MDM platforms such as Jamf, JumpCloud, Intune, or others.
• Strong background or skills in Google Workspace, particularly involving migrations and Professional Services (PS)
• Candidates coming from security backgrounds (such as IT security or cybersecurity) are highly welcome and encouraged to apply
