A leading organization in the services and technology sector is seeking an experienced Financial Controller with a broad systemic view to lead accounting, reporting, and control activities at the group level.
Responsibilities
- Consolidation and preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS
- Quarterly and annual accounting close
- Preparation of annual tax reports for group companies
- Ongoing control and oversight of bookkeeping records
- Daily work with the external auditor
- Performing analytical reviews and implementing ISOX processes
- Handling special auditor confirmations for tenders
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license – mandatory
- A strong advantage for candidates with Manager-level experience from the Big 5 firms!
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Financial Controller in a public company
- or as an Audit Manager handling public companies in a BIG 5 firm – mandatory
- Strong advantage: BIG 5 Manager background
- Deep accounting knowledge and strong expertise in IFRS – mandatory
- Strong familiarity with Israeli taxation – mandatory
- High-level Excel proficiency, including AI‑enhanced capabilities – mandatory
- Experience with SAP – advantage
