Financial Controller

A leading organization in the services and technology sector is seeking an experienced Financial Controller with a broad systemic view to lead accounting, reporting, and control activities at the group level.

Responsibilities

• Consolidation and preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS
• Quarterly and annual accounting close
• Preparation of annual tax reports for group companies
• Ongoing control and oversight of bookkeeping records
• Daily work with the external auditor
• Performing analytical reviews and implementing ISOX processes
• Handling special auditor confirmations for tenders

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license – mandatory
• A strong advantage for candidates with Manager-level experience from the Big 5 firms!
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Financial Controller in a public company
• or as an Audit Manager handling public companies in a BIG 5 firm – mandatory
• Strong advantage: BIG 5 Manager background
• Deep accounting knowledge and strong expertise in IFRS – mandatory
• Strong familiarity with Israeli taxation – mandatory
• High-level Excel proficiency, including AI‑enhanced capabilities – mandatory
• Experience with SAP – advantage
