Role Overview:

Coordinate HR, procurement and training processes within a government organization. The role includes planning and control activities, managing service providers, supporting recruitment and handling vendor engagements and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate HR, procurement and training processes
• Develop and implement planning and control tools
• Manage service provider portfolios and documentation
• Support recruitment processes and government tenders publication
• Enter and manage data in organizational systems including Merkabah
• Build work plans and track planning versus execution
• Manage vendor engagements, contracts and payments
• Monitor training programs and build annual training plans
• Work with internal and external stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in HR
• Experience managing employee records in the Merkabah HR system
• Experience working with the government tender “Supply of Computing Services to Government Ministries”
• Experience managing vendor engagements and invoices under government tender framework (MMM 1-2009)
• Previous experience working in a government organization
