Role Overview
We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to design, develop, and optimize prompts for GenAI systems. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into effective AI-driven solutions.
You will combine system analysis, data exploration, and hands-on work with LLMs, leading use cases from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into AI-driven processes and prompts
- Develop, test, and continuously improve prompts for GenAI models
- Collaborate with data teams, developers, and business stakeholders
- Analyze data structures and data sources to maximize AI model performance
- Define use cases and testing scenarios
- Improve performance and output quality of AI models
- Document processes and best practices for working with language models
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in system analysis or technology solution design
- At least 1 year of experience working with AI / GenAI systems or prompt engineering
- Understanding of data structures, APIs, and data sources
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Advantages

Education
- B.Sc. in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering & Information Systems
- or equivalent relevant advanced training
