Help Desk Team Lead – Entry-Level Leadership Opportunity

A successful global high-tech company with a young, dynamic environment is looking for a Help Desk Team Lead to join its Technical Support Center in Ashdod.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shift operations and lead the support team
• Monitor, route, and control support tickets and technical issues
• Provide technical support and customer guidance
• Perform qualitative and quantitative quality control of support representatives
• Work closely with internal interfaces and communicate customer requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in technical support / help desk – mandatory
• Any leadership or managerial experience (including military or other roles) – mandatory
• Strong technical orientation and ability to work under pressure and multitask
• High service awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of English (reading and writing)
