Full Stack Team Lead

A rapidly growing Israeli Cybersecurity startup is revolutionizing the Secrets Management domain with a first-of-its-kind SaaS platform. Their B2B solution enables DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to manage and protect sensitive credentials, identities, and keys without the provider ever having access to the client’s actual data.

By centralizing security without the need for complex installation or maintenance, the company provides a seamless, zero-trust environment for global enterprises. The organization currently consists of approximately 90 professionals globally, with a core R&D center in Israel.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with one day remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Leadership & Management: Leading a high-caliber team of 4-7 Full Stack developers (Backend in Go, Frontend in React/TypeScript).
• Hands-On Contribution: Maintaining a 30-40% hands-on involvement in complex architectural and development tasks.
• Technical Ownership: Reporting to the Group Manager and taking end-to-end responsibility for the team’s delivery, code quality, and technical roadmap.
• Modern Stack Implementation: Driving the development of high-scale Microservices within a multi-cloud environment (AWS & Azure).
• Infrastructure Excellence: Leveraging Kubernetes and advanced CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and rapid deployment cycles.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a management or technical leadership role – Mandatory.
• 6 years of professional Backend Development experience (specifically in Go, Python, Node, or Java) – Mandatory.
• Proven track record with Public Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience with Microservices architecture and distributed systems – Mandatory.
• Strong architectural vision with the ability to mentor engineers across the full stack.
