DevOps Specialist

Job Description:

Factory 54, a leading retail company, is seeking a DevSecOps Lead to spearhead our information security and development efforts. If you’re looking for a new challenge and want to be part of an advanced tech team, this is your opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage DevSecOps processes within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with development, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of security into development processes.
• Conduct assessments and risk evaluations to identify vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
• Develop and implement information security policies and processes.
• Analyze and report on security issues, including proposing solutions for improvement.
• Continuously enhance automation and configuration tools within the organization.
• Train and guide teams on information security best practices.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, GitLab).
• Knowledge of container management (Docker, Kubernetes).
• In-depth understanding of information security protocols and technologies (SSL, TLS, VPN).
• Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc).
• Experience in scripting automations ( e.g Python, Ruby, etc)
• Strong problem-solving skills and high systemic understanding.
• Excellent communication skills and he ability to work in a team.
• Performing processes: (e.g. GDPR, SOC, SOX, ISO, etc)
• In-depth understanding of information security protocols and technologies (SSL, TLS, VPN, SSO, Zero Trust, etc.)
• Experience in the retail world and Ecomm sector
