About the Role

We’re hiring someone who treats LinkedIn as a system. This role owns how Foundera shows up across company and founder profiles, with a clear focus on reach, engagement, and inbound.

You will take raw thinking, product insights, and sharp opinions and turn them into content that travels. The goal is consistency in output and clarity in results.

• Deep understanding of how content performs on LinkedIn: hooks, structure, and formats
• Strong writing ability that captures attention quickly
• Ability to adapt tone across brand and founder voices
• Pattern recognition of high-performing content and the ability to reproduce results
• Data-driven decision making based on performance metrics
• Building content as ongoing series, not isolated posts

What you’ll actually be doing

• Owning the full LinkedIn content engine: strategy, writing, publishing, and iteration
• Working directly with founders to shape and refine their voice
• Managing client accounts and communication in both Hebrew and English
• Converting internal conversations, product updates, and market insights into content
• Tracking performance and translating insights into execution

What we need from you

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts with measurable results
• Strong writing skills in both Hebrew and English
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
• Ability to create content in domains such as developer tools, cybersecurity, or AI
• High ownership, speed, and independence
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
