Looking to take on a key role within the technical operations of a global medical device company?
This position is ideal for an experienced technology professional with a background in medical equipment or complex, multidisciplinary technical systems.
Responsibilities
• Provide advanced technical support to global field technicians and service engineers
• Serve as a central interface between the field, service organization, and engineering teams
• Analyze technical issues, identify trends, and lead technical improvement initiatives
• Deliver technical support to the global service organization and field technicians
• Support complex installations, deep-dive troubleshooting, and on-site activities with customers worldwide
• Write, develop, and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, service procedures, and user guides
• Conduct professional training sessions and technical workshops for global technicians and service engineers
Requirements
• Experience working with medical systems or heavy, complex technical equipment
• Strong multidisciplinary technical background combining software, electrical, electronic, and mechanical domains
• Previous experience in technical expert roles
• Proven ability to write technical documentation and lead knowledge and training processes
• Experience delivering training and professional development for technicians and engineers
