We’re hiring a hands-on Full stack Team Lead with deep frontend expertise and strong backend experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor frontend/fullstack engineers
- Define frontend architecture, standards, and best practices
- Drive technical decisions and collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams
- Lead agile/scrum ceremonies and technical planning
- Build and maintain design systems and shared component libraries
Requirements:
- 7+ years frontend/fullstack experience
- 2+ years in a technical/team lead role
- knowledge in backend services (Node.js/TypeScript or similar)
- Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React / Next.js / similar)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Strong architectural thinking with hands-on execution
