Role Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for a hybrid full-time role based in the Tel Aviv District, with offices in Herzliya. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering professional and friendly support across our support channels. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience, while also collecting feedback to help improve our products and services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical matters and requests
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Hebrew; additional languages are an advantage
• Experience in telecom or technology is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
