Frontend Team Leader

Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Leading the entire Frontend domain within the core engineering team, reporting directly to the Head of R&D.
• Architecture & Implementation: Designing and implementing a robust, scalable frontend architecture for a high-performance cloud-native SaaS system.
• Core Product Development: Building sophisticated, user-centric interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Engineering Standards: Establishing best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and security within the frontend stack.
• Collaboration: Working closely with product and backend teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end user experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• 8 years of professional Software Development experience – Mandatory.
• Expert-level proficiency in React – Mandatory.
• Deep hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript – Mandatory.
• Proven track record with Cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) – Mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and define architectural vision.
• Experience building high-scale B2B SaaS platforms.
