Backed by tens of millions of dollars in Seed funding from a top-tier global VC, the company operates at a massive scale, focusing on the training and optimization of proprietary LLMs.

The founding team of 15 consists of world-class experts from premier technological units, building a company that functions with the impact of a global leader from day one.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime high-tech district) and operates an in-office model to foster high-velocity collaboration within the founding team.

Role Overview:

• Founding Impact: Joining as a core member of an elite engineering and research squad, directly influencing the "core" of the next generation of AI-native security.
• Hybrid Research & Development: Maintaining a 50/50 split between deep security research and high-performance software engineering in Python.
• AI Security Core: Investigating vulnerabilities at the fundamental level of Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing robust Security Proofs and defense mechanisms.
• Model Training & Optimization: Participating in the technical challenges of training and securing AI models at scale within a deep-tech environment.
• Adversarial Innovation: Exploring how AI models can be compromised and building the foundational architectures to prevent such breaches in production environments.

Requirements:

• Elite Technical Background: Alumni of premier IDF technological units (e.g., 8200, 81, 9900) or elite academic-military programs (Talpiot, Psagot, Aram, Erezim) – Mandatory.
• 5+ years of professional experience within the aforementioned frameworks or top-tier industry equivalents – Mandatory.
• Proven background in Security Research (any language/platform) – Mandatory.
• High proficiency in Python and a strong engineering foundation – Mandatory.
• Deep passion for the intersection of Cybersecurity and AI/Machine Learning.
• Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, office-based founding environment.
