Role Description

• Joining a specialized Security Research & Engineering team, bridging deep technical vulnerability research with production-grade detection and mitigation systems.
• Analyzing decentralized architectures, Blockchain protocols, Smart Contracts, and dApps to discover emerging attack vectors and design flaws.
• Developing Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and exploit simulations to validate vulnerabilities and evaluate system resilience.
• Translating advanced security findings into robust, automated detection mechanisms and real-time mitigation logic operating at scale.
• Writing modular, high-performance tooling and automated analysis pipelines in Python, Rust, or Go.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Security Research, Vulnerability Analysis, or Threat Intelligence – Mandatory
• 3+ years of practical software development experience with Python, Rust, or Go – Mandatory
• Strong analytical mindset with proven capabilities in identifying complex attack patterns and dissecting technical systems – Mandatory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex security concepts clearly – Mandatory
• High autonomy, curiosity, and rapid adaptability to emerging security domains – Mandatory
• Practical, hands-on experience with Blockchain security, Smart Contract auditing (EVM/Solidity/Rust), or Web3 protocols – Significant Advantage
• Solid foundation in Applied Cryptography relevant to distributed systems and blockchain – Advantage
• Background in solving large-scale, data-driven security challenges – Advantage
