Finance Project Manager

A Renewable Energy Company is seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to join its dynamic Project Finance deal team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take an active part in the execution of complex project finance transactions across multiple projects, with significant exposure to lenders, advisors, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving transactions from structuring through financial close, taking ownership of core workstreams and contributing to successful deal delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute project finance transactions across various projects
• Lead and manage key workstreams throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Work closely with lenders, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Assist in structuring financing solutions and negotiating term sheets and loan documentation
• Review and analyze financial models to support decision-making

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in project finance (banking, advisory, infrastructure funds, or IPP)
• Proven hands-on experience in project finance transactions, ideally through financial close
• Strong understanding of financing structures, term sheets, and loan documentation
• Ability to review and navigate financial models at a high level
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in renewable energy – an advantage
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
