We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our Operational Excellence department at our Ma'agan Michael site.
In this role, you will be a key player in optimizing work processes, maximizing resources, and fostering a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support managers and employees in streamlining workflows and increasing productivity.
- Lead organizational learning and investigations (Kaizen, Case Study analysis).
- Implement AI tools for process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and resource maximization.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (Production/Information Systems).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
- Proactive, independent, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in integrating AI tools for process optimization – a major advantage.
- Previous managerial experience in Operations – an advantage.
📍 Location: Ma'agan Michael (Full-time, On-site).
