Industrial Engineer – Operational Excellence Specialist

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our Operational Excellence department at our Ma'agan Michael site.

In this role, you will be a key player in optimizing work processes, maximizing resources, and fostering a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support managers and employees in streamlining workflows and increasing productivity.
• Lead organizational learning and investigations (Kaizen, Case Study analysis).
• Implement AI tools for process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and resource maximization.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (Production/Information Systems).
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Proactive, independent, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in integrating AI tools for process optimization – a major advantage.
• Previous managerial experience in Operations – an advantage.
