Operational Excellence Engineer

Lead cross-functional continuous improvement and cost-saving projects, while promoting an Operational Excellence culture focused on process improvement, employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead cost-saving and operational improvement projects end-to-end
2. Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation
3. Manage the organizational employee suggestion / Kaizen mechanism
4. Implement and promote OpEx tools and methodologies (5S, Gemba, Problem Solving, Lean)
5. Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and performance indicators
6. Lead root-cause analysis and support corrective actions
7. Work closely with managers and employees to drive engagement and continuous improvement culture
8. Conduct trainings and improvement workshops

-B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or other relevant Engineering degree - Must
-3–5 years of experience in Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement / Project Management roles in industrial environments - Must
-Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving implementation - Must
-Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills - Must
-Ability to influence and lead processes without direct authority - Must
-High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Must
-High level of English - Must
-Experience with Lean / Kaizen methodologies - Advantage
-Experience in production or operational environments - Advantage
-Experience managing employee engagement or improvement initiatives - Advantage
