We are seeking a talented and experienced CRM QA Engineer

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

The role includes performing tests on core enterprise systems, working with CRM systems, UNICA systems, and service bots (Chatbot / Voicebot). The position involves writing test scenarios and executing end-to-end tests while fully documenting testing processes and findings.

Requirements:

• Experience testing CRM systems and/or service bots (Chatbot / Voicebot) – required
• Relevant education in Information Systems (QA course / ISTQB certification / relevant Bachelor’s degree) – required
• Experience writing test documents (STD, STR) – required

Nice to have qualifications:

• Ability to perform SQL queries and data extractions
• Familiarity with TFS bug tracking system
