We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales, business development, and growth initiatives for a Data & AI technology services company.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end sales processes: meetings, needs analysis, proposal writing, and negotiations

Manage and expand business with existing clients while developing new opportunities

Build, execute, and refine the company’s sales and business development strategy

Develop and deepen strategic partnerships and collaborations

Manage and lead tender (RFP/RFI) processes from preparation to submission

Work closely with internal technical, delivery, and management teams

Drive growth and market expansion in the Data & AI domain

Requirements:

At least 2 years of sales experience in technology services companies

Advantage for experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or related technology domains

Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities

Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)

Ability to work independently while managing workload and priorities

Strong technological orientation and understanding of complex solutions

Experience working with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and processes
