Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior–Mid Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to analyze data, manage data pipelines, and uncover insights that support strategic decisions. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment where curiosity, ownership, and strong analytical thinking are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client data pipelines to ensure reliable data flow and maximize value for users
• Analyze product and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making across teams
• Automate internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Responsible for the company's Backoffice application- adding new features and ensuring it meets the needs of internal users
• Work closely with AI coding tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, and similar tools) as part of the daily workflow
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define metrics and KPIs
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support business and product initiatives
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with SQL for data querying and analysis
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Advantages
