Work Model: This is a hybrid role based in our Petah Tikva office 2 days per week, with the potential to increase to 3 days as the team scales. Our office is conveniently located within walking distance of the Light Rail station.

The Role:

You will be on the front lines with our customers every day. This is a client-facing role where clarity, empathy, and responsiveness are critical.

You’ll handle Tier 1 support across the platform while helping us continuously improve how we support customers at scale. You will also have the opportunity to build support scaffolding. We encourage AI usage in every aspect of the company, and will support you in learning and using the appropriate tools to further your career.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to inbound customer questions across the product
• Troubleshoot issues and guide users through workflows
• Escalate complex cases while maintaining ownership
• Identify recurring patterns and improve our ability to proactively find solutions
• Partner closely with product and engineering
• Use AI tools to improve response quality and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in a customer-facing support or success role
• SaaS experience preferred
• Healthcare or SNF experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Calm, organized, and genuinely customer-focused
