Penetration Tester

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Penetration Testing & Security Assessments Manager

Role Overview:

Lead and manage organizational penetration testing activities across applications, infrastructure and APIs. The role includes coordinating external testing vendors, managing the full testing lifecycle and ensuring remediation of security findings in compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead end-to-end penetration testing (PT) processes
• Coordinate security assessments with external testing vendors
• Plan, prepare and oversee penetration testing activities
• Analyze findings and lead remediation processes with technology teams
• Work closely with System and IT teams to prepare testing environments
• Coordinate with security architects and system owners on testing scope and access
• Track and manage findings using Commugen or similar platforms
• Ensure remediation processes align with national cyber authority methodologies and financial sector regulations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity
• Experience managing enterprise user permissions including AD and IDM
