Role Overview:

Responsible for planning, monitoring and improving project management processes across the organization. The role focuses on developing project control methodologies, supporting project managers and ensuring effective project governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and monitoring processes across multiple projects
• Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools
• Support project managers and guide project governance processes
• Build work plans and monitor planning versus execution
• Prepare project documentation including status reports, procedures and meeting summaries
• Track tasks, risks, timelines and project budgets
• Work with internal teams and external vendors across multiple interfaces
• Implement and manage project management tools such as Monday

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in project management and control within technological environments
• Experience working as a PMO reporting to project managers – required
• Experience preparing project documentation including procedures, status reports and meeting summaries
• Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders and teams
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday
• Experience monitoring project progress, budgets and project deliverables
• Experience managing risks and working with outsourcing vendors
• Experience working in government organizations – advantage
