Software Manager & Project Lead -AI & Computer Vision

Software Manager for an innovative technology company developing advanced Computer Vision and AI solutions used in industries such as medical imaging, defense systems, and advanced manufacturing.

The company is looking for a hands-on Software Manager to lead software development and manage complex technical projects. This role combines engineering leadership, software architecture ownership, and client-facing technical project management, working closely with a highly advanced algorithms and AI team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software and algorithms engineers

• Oversee development workflows, task allocation, and code reviews

• Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications

• Manage technical projects and ensure successful delivery of AI and Computer Vision solutions

• Own the company’s software architecture and infrastructure

• Lead the integration of advanced algorithms into production software

• Promote the use of modern AI development tools to accelerate development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• Proven experience managing software engineering teams

• Strong programming experience with C# and Python

• Familiarity with Computer Vision and AI technologies

• Experience working with technical customers or partners

• Experience with modern AI coding tools (Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, etc.) is an advantage
