We're recruiting on behalf of a large, well-known, and innovative financial organization.

The Role You'll be at the forefront of GenAI adoption — designing, developing, and optimizing prompts for AI systems, translating real business needs into working AI solutions. From use case definition all the way through to implementation and performance tuning.

What You'll Do

• Define business needs and translate them into prompts and AI-based workflows
• Develop, test, and continuously improve prompts for GenAI models
• Analyze data structures and sources for effective use in AI models
• Define use cases and testing scenarios
• Work closely with Data, R&D, and business teams
• Document processes and methodologies for working with LLMs

What We're Looking For

✅ 1+ year of experience in systems analysis or technical solution design ✅ 1+ year of hands-on experience with GenAI systems or prompt writing ✅ Understanding of data structures, APIs, and data sources ✅ Strong analytical thinking and excellent written communication ✅ Ability to work in cross-functional teams

Bonus Points

⭐ Experience with SQL and data environments ⭐ Hands-on experience working with LLM models ⭐ Background in AI Transformation projects
