This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. As a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Newmark Natam, you will be responsible for providing brokerage services to clients in office, industrial, commercial, retail, and land markets. Key duties include negotiation of lease agreements, tenant representation, property presentations, coordination of property transactions, identifying new opportunities, and leading sales efforts. The broker will also collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, support strategic decisions, and accurately document all transactions.

• Experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate
• Expertise in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation
• Strong Sales skills related to commercial real estate properties
• Proficiency in market analysis, communication, and client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-driven environment
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
