We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team in Tel Aviv and take part in end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles.
What you’ll do:
1.Manage full-cycle recruitment from role definition to successful hire
2.Work closely with hiring managers, including senior stakeholders
3.Source candidates through multiple channels and develop new sourcing methods
4.Publish job postings and screen CVs
5.Conduct phone and in-person interviews
6.Accompany candidates throughout the process and ensure a strong candidate experience 7.until onboarding
What we’re looking for:
1.Bachelor’s degree – an advantage
2.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
3.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4.Proactiveness, ownership, and assertive communication
5.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
