Software Engineering Team Lead

What You’ll Do

• tPlan, design, and develop microservice-based backend services using modern tools and framework
• sWork with technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipeline
• sCollaborate with cross-functional squads: frontend, architecture, product, analysts, and business stakeholder
• sDrive code quality, conduct peer reviews, and promote backend best practices and performance standard
