LiveOps Manager

RealPlay is a fast-growing and innovative startup in the Gaming industry, specializing in managing online social casino games for the US market. We're looking for a talented and passionate LiveOps Manager to work closely with our Monetization team to ensure flawless execution of all in-game events, promotions, marketing activities and Live A/B tests. Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of Monetization and Product activities through the game’s Back Office system, including configuring promotions, managing game features, setting pricing structures, and handling segmentation, while providing the best player experience.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of all Promotions, Events, and Live Tests.
• Configure and manage campaigns in the game’s Back Office system, including asset management and pricing setups.
• Activate and deactivate game features and events through the Back Office system.
• Collaborate with Monetization, Economy, and Product teams to ensure the success of all Live operations.
• Coordinate with the QA team to verify that campaign configurations perform correctly in the Live version.
• Monitor Tests daily to ensure all systems and events are running optimally.
  
  

• At least 1 year of experience in technical roles.
• Strong computer skills, with a solid technical background and the ability to work with multiple applications and platforms simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, meticulous and organized working habits. Proven ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize workload and to adapt easily to changes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Be a team player: we use agile development methods, where the team members are in permanent contact. Open mind and good communication skills are a must.
• Proactive, creative, and motivated to continuously improve and learn.
• Flexibility to work off-hours when necessary.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
