Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a hardworking and driven Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining, developing, and delivering software products that align with our strategic goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams like engineering and operations to ensure that our products meet user needs and business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate user problems and business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories- ready for development.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to prioritize features and guide product execution.
• Drive customer discovery, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to inform continuous product improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure product strategy supports organizational goals.
• Champion the voice of the user and maintain strong market and competitor awareness
  
  

What We Need To See

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2B software products.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of electronics, semiconductor, or optics manufacturing data and processes.
• Solid understanding of product development methodologies (Agile scrum)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in defining critical metrics, making data-driven decisions, and iterating based on feedback.
