Junior Customer Success Manager (Entry Level)

The Role
As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will work close to the core of the business: revenue.
You will collaborate directly with advertisers/publishers, monitor live campaign performance, analyze payout models, understand user funnels, and support optimization efforts. You will gain real insight into how monetization works in practice.
This is not a passive role. You are expected to contribute from day one.
The more ownership you take, the more responsibility you will receive.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Partner Communication
Maintain ongoing communication with partners. Build trust and position Torox as a reliable, long-term partner.
Performance Management
Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, identify trends, and suggest actionable improvements.
Revenue Optimization
Spot scaling opportunities within accounts and help maximize revenue potential.
Operational Accuracy
Ensure campaigns are set up correctly, tracking is accurate, and optimizations are implemented consistently.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth operations.

This is a hybrid position (Sunday–Thursday) based in our Ness Ziona office, with Wednesdays working from home. We believe strong alignment is built in person, while maintaining practical flexibility.

Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken). Clear and structured communication.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills
- High level of Hebrew and English
- Analytical, data-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Office tools
- Prior ad-tech experience is an advantage
- Clear understanding of basic business concepts
