Marketing Director

We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Director to join our growing team and build the marketing engine that will drive our next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact player–coach role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will not only define the marketing strategy – you will build it, launch it, optimize it, and scale it.

Reporting directly to the COO, you will play a central role in connecting marketing activities with real business outcomes, ensuring our growth is driven by smart, data-driven demand generation.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute a scalable marketing strategy that drives pipeline and revenue growth.
• Lead end-to-end demand generation, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads, content-led growth, and multi-channel B2B acquisition strategies.
• Own and optimize the marketing and sales tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, and additional tools), ensuring efficient lead routing, automation, and accurate data management.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns and channels, turning insights into actionable improvements that increase ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the COO and leadership team to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and growth targets.
• Build the foundation for a scalable marketing organization, including processes, infrastructure, and future team growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from AdTech. Backgrounds in MarTech, Analytics, or E-commerce are also highly relevant.
• Proven experience managing performance-driven demand generation campaigns, especially through LinkedIn Ads and digital channels.
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and marketing automation tools, including workflow creation, campaign management, and analytics.
• A builder mindset with experience creating marketing operations from scratch in fast-paced startup environments.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex products into compelling messaging for B2B audiences.
