Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the direction of the Jazz platform and drive the next generation of AI-driven security products. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, customers, and business strategy, leading major product initiatives from discovery through delivery and adoption. As our PM, you’ll play a central role in defining product direction in a fast-moving, product-led cybersecurity company.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive major product initiatives from early problem discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Work directly with customers, security teams, and field engineers to understand real-world problems and translate them into product opportunities.
• Own product initiatives E2E, including discovery, solution design, prioritization, delivery, and iteration.
• Define product direction and roadmaps for key initiatives in collaboration with engineering and design.
• Ensure strong alignment between customer needs, product strategy, and business goals.
• Continuously evaluate product performance using customer feedback and product data to drive improvements.
• Serve as a bridge between engineering, customers, and business teams to ensure product decisions reflect real security challenges.
• Contribute to shaping the broader product strategy and help guide the evolution of our platform.
  
  

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building B2B or enterprise cybersecurity products in early-stage startup environments, with E2E ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Strong technical background, including close collaboration with engineering teams and the ability to understand complex architectures and systems.
• Experience building AI-driven products, with familiarity with modern AI technologies such as LLMs, agents, and AI pipelines.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as data security, endpoint security, and cloud security.
• Experience working directly with customers and field teams (sales, solutions engineers, customer success) to translate real-world problems into product strategy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders and present product direction clearly.
