About The Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead to lead hands-on development of our enterprise AI products, working across our technology stack to design, build, and scale applications that power our AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
• Integrate generative AI capabilities into user-facing applications
• Implement and optimize database schemas for traditional and vector databases
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning
• Ensure code quality through testing and best practices
• Mentor and grow junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, 1:1s, and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Drive technical debt reduction and proactive refactoring initiatives
• Define and enforce coding standards, PR review processes, and documentation practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead
• 5+ years of Full-Stack development experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, andNestJS
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other databases
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and containerization
• Experience with k8s / OpenShift – big advantage!
• Experience with SaaS – big advantage!

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI technologies or AI API integration
• Knowledge of vector databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and real-time data processing
• Experience with authentication systems and performance optimization
