Location: Har Tuv / Beit Shemesh, Israel (In-office only)

Schedule: Sunday/Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Fluent English Required.

Ephoca is hiring a Call Center Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead and develop a team of agents, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve efficiency while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

● Prior experience managing a call center or customer service operation preferred

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data

● Experience in team management, training, and coaching

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

● Work From Office

Responsibilities

● Oversee daily call center operations

● Manage and support a team of call center agents

● Monitor and analyze performance metrics

● Implement strategies to improve efficiency and service quality

● Resolve escalated inquiries and issues

● Coordinate training and development for team members
