What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Fullstack Team Lead who is deeply passionate about technology, clean code, data, and innovation. Someone who can lead a development team end-to-end - from building infrastructure and server-side systems, through managing complex databases, to implementing AI and ML capabilities in the final web product.

What will you do with us?

• Lead and manage a team of Fullstack developers in an Agile environment.
• Design and develop architecture for complex systems integrating Big Data and real-time analytics.
• Develop and manage AI/ML capabilities within the company’s technology stack to optimize energy data.
• Design and manage APIs and integrations with SCADA systems and IoT data.
• Continuously improve development processes, scalability, and performance using Docker and diverse database technologies.

Requirements (Must Have):

• At least 4 years of experience as a Fullstack developer within a development team.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience working with Java and HTML5.
• A recognized academic degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Microservices architecture.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience leading complex development tasks.

Advantages:

• Background in the energy or renewable energy sector – a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with IIoT and communication protocols (MQTT, APIs).
• Experience with SCADA systems or industrial monitoring systems.
• Hands-on experience in developing or implementing AI/ML/Data Science models.
• Experience with additional databases (NoSQL / Time-series).
