Data Analyst – Fraud Intelligence

We are looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Data Analyst to join our Fraud Intelligence team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights - and who takes pride in delivering work that makes it all the way to production. You'll be working at the intersection of data research and fraud operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, surface patterns, and drive meaningful improvements to our fraud detection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate research-driven insights to support fraud detection and operational decision-making
• Conduct gap analyses to identify weaknesses in current processes and models
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready analytical updates with measurable impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate findings into concrete actions
• Share knowledge and help foster a more data-driven culture across the team

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst
• Proficiency in Python, including data analytics libraries (pandas, numpy, visualization and stats packages)
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in a production environment
• Proficiency in leveraging LLM-based tools as part of day-to-day analytical work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solver with a can-do approach
